Type One Run es un grupo de personas como&nbsp;t&uacute; y como yo dedicados a crear apoyo y comunidad&nbsp;al correr para aquellos&nbsp;tocados&nbsp;por la diabetes tipo 1.&nbsp; &nbsp;Este es un movimiento&nbsp;con reuniones gratuitas&nbsp;e incluyentes. Es muy f&aacute;cil unirte o comenzar tu propio cap&iacute;tulo en tu localidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-36529 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/beyondtype1.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Type-One-Run-Banner.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"798\" height=\"266\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imag&iacute;nate esto: vas corriendo y tu&nbsp;glucosa en sangre baja&nbsp;r&aacute;pidamente. Tienes que parar&nbsp;para tomar un alimento&nbsp;y generalmente hacer todo esto te hubiera&nbsp;hecho sentir avergonzado o culpable&hellip;pero esta vez&nbsp;tus compa&ntilde;eros runners tambi&eacute;n viven con diabetes tipo 1. No s&oacute;lamente est&aacute;n felices de tomar un receso sino traen consigo insumos extra en caso de que los necesites &laquo;No dejar a nadie detr&aacute;s&raquo; de esto es que se trata&nbsp;Type One Run.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al unir fuerzas con&nbsp; Type One Run, estamos expandiendo&nbsp;oportunidades para conectar&nbsp;cara a cara a otras personas con diabetes tipo 1 y la comunidad&nbsp;de Beyond Type 1. Type One Run cuenta actualmente con 22 cap&iacute;tulos mundiales, y, con ayuda de la comunidad de Beyond Type 1 estamos&nbsp;por llevar las cosas a otro nivel.
