Existen 2 factores que est&aacute;n relacionados con el comportamiento &ldquo;extra&ntilde;o&rdquo; de la glucosa en sangre al comer pizza:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.- Los carbohidratos de la masa de la pizza se convierten en glucosa dentro del organismo directamente, mientras que la grasa y la prote&iacute;na en cantidades abundantes, tambi&eacute;n tienen un efecto en la elevaci&oacute;n de la glucosa sangu&iacute;nea (aunque m&aacute;s lento y menos pronunciado).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.- Al consumir alimentos con grasa y carbohidratos, la grasa hace que los carbohidratos pasen lentamente a la sangre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>&iquest;C&oacute;mo act&uacute;a la insulina?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las insulinas de acci&oacute;n ultrarr&aacute;pida (lispro, glulisina, aspart) comienzan a actuar aproximadamente 15 min despu&eacute;s de inyectarlas, tienen su efecto m&aacute;ximo a las 2 horas y dejan de funcionar aprox 3- 4 horas despu&eacute;s de aplicarlas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>&iquest;Qu&eacute; pasa entonces en el organismo?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al comer pizza e inyectar la insulina ultrarr&aacute;pida de bolo, el efecto de &eacute;ste platillo no coincide con la acci&oacute;n de la insulina, por &eacute;sta raz&oacute;n puedes experimentar una hipoglucemia poco tiempo despu&eacute;s de consumirla y posteriormente quedarte &ldquo;alto&rdquo; por muchas horas. Se ha reportado que este efecto de hiperglucemia puede durar hasta 4- 9 hrs, seg&uacute;n las caracter&iacute;sticas de cada persona. Tambi&eacute;n existen casos en los que &uacute;nicamente presentan hiperglucemia, sin experimentar la hipoglucemia previa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>&iquest;Cu&aacute;l es la soluci&oacute;n?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.- Aprende a contar correctamente los carbohidratos de las pizzas que usualmente consumes. La ventaja de las pizzer&iacute;as de cadena es que generalmente muestran la informaci&oacute;n nutrimental de sus pizzas en sus sitios web<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.- Prefiere pizzas con masa delgada, de esta forma ahorrar&aacute;s carbohidratos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.- Si haces masas caseras, prueba algunas recetas de masa hecha a partir de vegetales como la coliflor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.- En caso de que utilices bomba de insulina, utiliza un bolo de onda dual para hacer coincidir el paso de la glucosa con la acci&oacute;n de la insulina.
