Para el desayuno quiero tostadas de pan integral remojadas con mantequilla de coco y yerba buena, acompa&ntilde;adas con&nbsp; chocolate negro caliente en leche de&nbsp; almendras. Para el almuerzo hoy me apetece tortilla de queso manchego con tomate y albahaca sobre una cama de germinados de kale y aguacate relleno de amarillos salpicado con salsa de yogurt griego y ajo. Para finalizar el d&iacute;a, para la cena, se me antojan alcapurrias rellenas de garbanzos con ensalada verde salpicada con vinagre bals&aacute;mico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la noche decid&iacute; no ingerir ning&uacute;n tipo de grasa, ni tan siquiera un pedacito de aguacate. Al llevar mis anotaciones -que en ocasiones son mentales-, he notado que mis niveles de az&uacute;car en sangre se elevan por encima de mi <a href=\"https:\/\/beyondtype1.org\/es\/todo-sobre-el-tiempo-en-rango\/\">rango deseado<\/a>. Resuelta esa situaci&oacute;n, al menos por el momento, me mantengo en rango ingiriendo 1 &oacute; m&aacute;s d&aacute;tiles considerando mis niveles de glucosa en sangre, as&iacute; como la intensidad del ejercicio que haya practicado durante el d&iacute;a y\/o la noche. De igual forma siempre, pero que siempre, pongo m&aacute;s de una alarma durante la noche en esos relojes an&aacute;logos que suenan muy fuerte, ya que ni la alarma de mi <a href=\"https:\/\/beyondtype1.org\/es\/medidores-continuos-de-glucosa\/\">MCG<\/a> ni la de mi celular logran despertarme.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pues si, yo decid&iacute; salvarme por la boca aunque, como evidentemente se nota en el p&aacute;rrafo anterior, la comida no es mi &uacute;nico salva vidas. Son muchas las herramientas que he tenido el gusto de conocer y que afortunadamente tengo a mi alcance para vivir bien con diabetes tipo 1, pero quien adoro que me salve es la comida.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me siento s&uacute;per confiada y segura de m&iacute; misma cada vez que preparo mis platos. Adem&aacute;s de satisfacer mis gustos y apetito, me siento creativa de formas &uacute;tiles a mi bienestar y al de mis allegados. <em>Salvarme por la boca<\/em> significa comer lo que disfruto, lo que por suerte en mi caso coincide con lo que entiendo y me hace bien. As&iacute; intento manejar mejor al menos uno de tantos factores que intervienen con los niveles de glucosa en sangre.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada vez que comienzo a imaginar el plato que preparar&eacute; me siento sexy. Visualizar los colores de los alimentos que adornan y enriquecen mis platos me abre el apetito y me provoca una sensaci&oacute;n de bienestar.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comer es uno de los m&aacute;s grandes placeres. Si tienes la fortuna inmensa de acercarte a la comida que te gusta de formas saludables sin duda se eleva el &aacute;nimo y contribuye a <a href=\"https:\/\/beyondtype1.org\/es\/comprendiendo-el-a1c\/\">disminuir la A1c.&nbsp;<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pienso en la comida que me gusta y esta boca m&iacute;a se hace agua.&nbsp; Se despierta mi creatividad y comienzo a imaginar cada plato del d&iacute;a.
