Pruebe esta receta de ropa vieja:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes (4 porciones)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gramos de carne desmenuzada<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de arroz cocido<\/li>\n<li>1 pl&aacute;tano, rebanado y frito<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de verduras variadas (remolacha, repollo, zanahoria, chayote, cilantro, ejotes, lechuga, cebolla, tomatillo, tomate, calabac&iacute;n)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de cocina<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla cortada en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento morr&oacute;n, cortado en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>1 lata (14 onzas) de tomates triturados<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de piment&oacute;n<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Preparaci&oacute;n de la carne desmenuzada:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>En una sart&eacute;n grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio. Agrega el ajo picado y la cebolla en rodajas. Saltea hasta que la cebolla est&eacute; transparente.<\/li>\n<li>A&ntilde;adir la carne desmenuzada y mezcla bien con la cebolla y el ajo.<\/li>\n<li>A&ntilde;adir los tomates triturados, el comino, el piment&oacute;n, la sal y la pimienta.
