Esta versi&oacute;n de la receta tradicional mexicana es saludable (solo 33 gramos de <a href=\"https:\/\/diabetes.org\/food-nutrition\/understanding-carbs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">carbohidratos<\/a> por porci&oacute;n), llena de color y con el equilibrio perfecto de nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>&iquest;Te animas a probarlo? Mira el video de la receta paso a paso de chiles en nogada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CxdqiTcOov-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aqu&iacute;.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 chiles poblanos<\/li>\n<li>120 g de carne molida<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla y ajo al gusto<\/li>\n<li>30 g de manzana<\/li>\n<li>30 g de pera<\/li>\n<li>30 g de melocot&oacute;n<\/li>\n<li>3 almendras fileteadas<\/li>\n<li>&frac12; taza de yogur griego sin az&uacute;car<\/li>\n<li>6 nueces<\/li>\n<li>&frac14; de taza de leche baja en grasa<\/li>\n<li>1 paquete de stevia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Asar los chiles y col&oacute;calos en una bolsa de pl&aacute;stico para que se suden (as&iacute; ser&aacute;n m&aacute;s f&aacute;ciles de pelar despu&eacute;s).<\/li>\n<li>Para el relleno, cocinar la carne molida y sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto y un poco de cebolla y ajo; luego la manzana, la pera y el durazno picados, las almendras fileteadas y mezclar bien todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>Para la nogada, licua el yogur griego con las nueces, la leche y la stevia.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar la piel de los chiles, desvenar y retirar las semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar con el relleno, verter la nogada por encima y decorar con unas semillas de granada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&iexcl;Disfrutar!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&iquest;Te sientes festivo?
