Y como la coliflor es la estrella, este pur&eacute; de papas artificial tiene todo el sabor que te encanta, pero con solo una fracci&oacute;n de carbohidratos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cabeza <span class=\"il\">de coliflor<\/span> (mediana), lavada y cortada en ramilletes<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de queso crema, ablandado<\/li>\n<li>&frac14; taza de queso parmesano rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo picado<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>4 rebanadas de tocino cocido (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Cebollino fresco, para decorar (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Mantequilla, para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner a hervir una olla grande con agua a fuego medio-alto.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la <span class=\"il\">coliflor<\/span> en la olla con agua hirviendo y cocinar de 6 a 8 minutos o hasta que <span class=\"il\">est&eacute;<\/span> muy tierna. Escurrir bien y eliminar el exceso de humedad con papel absorbente.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras a&uacute;n est&eacute; caliente, transferir la <span class=\"il\">coliflor<\/span> a un procesador de alimentos o licuadora y triturar con el queso crema, el queso parmesano, el ajo, la sal y la pimienta. Licuar hasta obtener una mezcla casi homog&eacute;nea.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar el tocino picado.
