{"id":37863,"date":"2025-06-25T22:34:03","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T22:34:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beyondtype1.org\/waffles-veganos\/"},"modified":"2025-06-25T22:35:10","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T22:35:10","slug":"waffles-veganos","status":"publish","type":"resources","link":"https:\/\/beyondtype1.org\/es\/waffles-veganos\/","title":{"rendered":"Waffles veganos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&iquest;Hay mejor manera de empezar el d&iacute;a que con unos waffles saludables, veganos , deliciosos y caseros? &iexcl;No solo son f&aacute;ciles de hacer, sino que tambi&eacute;n son ligeros y est&aacute;n riqu&iacute;simos!<\/p>\n<p>(Tambi&eacute;n puedes congelarlos y tostarlos otro d&iacute;a seg&uacute;n sea necesario)<\/p>\n<p>&iexcl;Provecho!<\/p>\n<p>(rinde aproximadamente 10 waffles)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de harina integral de espelta<\/li>\n<li>50 g de xilitol<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de polvo de soporte<\/li>\n<li>una pizca de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de ch&iacute;a<\/li>\n<li>50 ml de agua con gas<\/li>\n<li>260 ml de leche de avena<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de aceite de coco derretido (+ un poco m&aacute;s de aceite para la waflera)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de canela<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>En un taz&oacute;n grande, mezclar los ingredientes secos.<\/li>\n<li>A&ntilde;adir el aceite de coco, el agua con gas y la leche de avena y remover hasta que todo est&eacute; bien integrado, asegur&aacute;ndose de que no queden grumos en la masa.<\/li>\n<li>Enchufar la waflera y precalentarla seg&uacute;n las instrucciones del fabricante (cubrir ligeramente ambos lados con aceite de coco).<\/li>\n<li>Colocar un poco de la masa en el centro de la waflera precalentada, cerrar la parte superior y cocinar hasta que est&eacute; dorada.<\/li>\n<li>Servir los waffles inmediatamente con los ingredientes de tu preferencia.
