Son perfectas para las celebraciones del d&iacute;a del partido, ya que se pueden envolver en papel aluminio y mantener calientes hasta que est&eacute;n listas para comer. Son muy sabrosas y un toque picante, y suelo servirlas sobre una cama de r&uacute;cula con queso azul desmenuzado o aderezo ranch cremoso (p&aacute;gina 168).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 taza de harina de almendras<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cucharaditas de sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cucharaditas de ajo en polvo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 libras de pollo molido<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 taza de cebollas verdes picadas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, para sellar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2\/3 taza de salsa picante de b&uacute;falo <em>*Yo uso salsa picante de Frank<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 pu&ntilde;ados de hojas frescas de r&uacute;cula<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 onzas de queso azul desmenuzado (omitir si no contiene l&aacute;cteos)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceite de coco, para engrasar las manos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aderezo ranch (p&aacute;gina 169), para servir<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precalentar el horno a 350&deg;F y calentar una sart&eacute;n antiadherente grande a fuego medio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el fondo de un taz&oacute;n, tamizar la harina de almendras, la sal y el ajo. Agregar el pollo molido y las cebolletas. Mezclar la carne con las manos, incorporando todos los ingredientes, teniendo cuidado de no mezclar demasiado, ya que el pollo se volver&aacute; gomoso. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engrasar ligeramente tus manos con aceite de coco, formar peque&ntilde;as alb&oacute;ndigas con el pollo y reservarlas en un plato. Si el pollo se vuelve demasiado dif&iacute;cil de manejar, lavar y volver a engrasar las manos. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rociar el aceite de oliva en la sart&eacute;n caliente, removiendo para cubrirla por todos lados. Sellar las alb&oacute;ndigas durante 8 minutos, gir&aacute;ndolas cada 2 minutos para que se sellen por todos lados. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transferir las alb&oacute;ndigas a una fuente para hornear, coloc&aacute;ndolas juntas de modo que todos los lados se toquen. Esto es m&aacute;s f&aacute;cil si la fuente para hornear es de un tama&ntilde;o similar al de las alb&oacute;ndigas; yo encuentro que una fuente de 23 x 33 cm suele funcionar bien.
