Eduardo “Eddie” is not a stranger to T1D – his wife and aunt both struggle with the disease and as Vice Consul of the Dominican Republic in NYC, his mission is to help educate and gain a greater awareness around the disease, especially in Spanish. Originally from Santo Domingo, DR. he now resides in NYC with his wife Liddy and son, Harrison.
