Tracey McCarter

Tracey McCarter has been a part of the organization since its inception in 2015 when she served on the organization’s Leadership Council. In 2018, she was elected to the Board of Directors. For over a decade, she has served as a dedicated philanthropist, raising millions of dollars for type 1 efforts since her daughter Charlize was diagnosed in 2009 at the age of 4.

Prior to joining the world of philanthropy, she held a variety of operations, marketing, and managerial positions at various companies. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from the University of South California.

Tracey lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, Josh, and has two grown daughters, Sydney and Charlize.
