Welcome to Chunky Town Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These are the ultimate gluten-free treat—moist, rich and packed with flavor.

A blend of nut butter and chocolate chunks creates the perfect bite.

Simple ingredients, easy prep, and irresistible taste make Chunky Town Chocolate Chip Cookies a must-try.

Bake, enjoy, and indulge in this sweet, satisfying snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter or other nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts of other nuts
  • 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Mega Chocolate Chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. The mixture will be more of a batter than a dough.
  3. Scoop heaping tablespoons of batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from baking sheet and let cool slightly. Serve and enjoy.

Yields: 1 dozen cookies

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 12-15 minutes

Per serving (1 cookie): 21 g carbohydrates
