Mojito Reloaded

Ready for a Friday happy hour? This mojito has less than 2 grams of carbs and is delicious with hints of mint and bourbon.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces Bourbon
- 1 teaspoon Erythritol or any other artificial sweetener
- ½ ounce Lime juice
- A couple of fresh mint leaves
- 2 ounces Sparkling water
- Add lime, sweetener, and mint leaves in a glass
- Use lots of ice!
- Add bourbon, fill your glass with sparkling water
