twiist stands out for its personalization, letting users set glucose targets and adjust features to fit their lifestyle. 

Powered by Loop, it automates insulin delivery via continuous glucose monitor (CGM) readings, carbohydrate intake data and custom settings.

Lightweight, water-resistant and holding 300 units of insulin, it’s the smallest pump with that capacity—offering convenience and peace of mind.

Smarter insulin delivery for better control 

twiist generates a six-hour glucose forecast, updating every five minutes to fine-tune basal insulin delivery and maintain blood glucose stability. 

It is compatible with Abbott’s FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor to ensure seamless, real-time glucose tracking for better control. The twiist will also be compatible with the Senseonics Eversense 365 CGM, but not with the Senseonics 360 CGM.

twiist: User-friendly design and features

twiist keeps things simple with several handy features.
