For a week, record your blood glucose level and for every reading, include your stress level on a scale of 1 to 10. By the end of the week, you should be able to see how much stress is affecting your glycemic index. While everyone is different and how they process stress, monitoring your blood sugar levels more frequently during stressful situations is always a good idea. Comparing a general stress read to your blood glucose could also help you pinpoint areas of conflict in your day-to-day routine.
