Diabetes (type 1 or type 2) is a demanding, fickle, pain in a** disease, so when we have someone to share it with, it can make the world of difference. This Valentine’s Day, Beyond Type 1 has the pleasure of passing on these type 1 diabetes (T1D) love stories, tales of how these significant others continue to support each other. Through highs and lows—and all the candy in between—love has made them stronger.
In the end, could type 1 have been the “x” factor—dare we say—that helped them find “the one.”
